After multiple attempts were made by community members to see HCSO policies and procedures (which should be public documents) to no avail, Chattanooga Clergy for Justice requests policies and procedures from Sheriff Hammond, especially around use of force, medication and feeding policies of people who are incarcerated, and hiring practices of officers who have previous allegations of excessive use of force.
